Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus casei subsp. casei, Bifidobacterium longum, Inulin powder.
Additives: Gelatin (Bovine: KOSHER / HALAL), starch (Vegetarian), Magnesium Stearate (Vegetarian), Silica (Vegetarian).
Recommended use: Swallow 1 or 2 capsules a day with sufficient fluid. Before or during a meal.
